Some of the process for creating this budgie. My inspiration came from a YouTube video of a real budgie walking with the beat of Beyoncé, Crazy Right Now. I started sketching by hand first and then moved on to Illustrator to figure out the movements and timing even further. After, I continued in Photoshop frame by frame and finally adjusted the gif speed in Photoshop.
