Project for client
“The importance of being seen and heard, when you’re feeling like you’re on the other side”
This short animation was a group project (there were six of us Hyper Island Motion Creative -students in the team) for a client; TSBN - Tre Ska Bli Noll. They are a Swedish non-profit organisation that aim to prevent and educate about sexual abuse of children. We were assigned to create a video that is promoting their information letter “grundskolebrevet” to elementary school teachers across Sweden. We wanted to convey the message in an authentic and hopeful tone which would align with the clients tone of voice.
Feedback from the client was very positive, stating that we captured their values and message with great sensitivity and balanced the seriousness of the topic with an approachable and hopeful tone, which was important for engaging the target audience—teachers across Sweden.
In addition to my role as Art Director, collaboration was a key element in this project. I worked closely with the team to ensure that all visual elements, from character design and colours to background design, complemented the narrative flow. This process involved regular feedback loops and ongoing refinements to ensure a cohesive and impactful final product.
Working on this project was a meaningful experience and it was incredibly rewarding to see how our creative efforts could be used to make a difference.
